Prior to becoming an attorney, Randy Pelham was a police officer in Miami, one of America's toughest cities. As a police officer, Randy learned about the importance of caring and compassion when working with people who have been injured or wronged by others. This uncommon concern for others is one of the reasons why Randy has been so successful working with injured parties and has developed so many satisfied and loyal clients. Additionally, Randy was injured in the line of duty as a result of another person's negligence and knows first-hand the ordeal his clients are going through.

Born and raised in Miami, Randy joined the city's Police Department in 1982. Not surprisingly, he graduated first in his class in the Police Academy. In 1989, he enrolled in law school at the University of Miami and continued to work full-time as a police officer. He was awarded his law degree in 1992.

Representing injured parties is what Randy does best. He tries to meet with all new clients who choose The Pelham Law Firm as their law firm. As such outstanding client service is one of his top priorities. He is an active member of Florida Worker Advocates and the Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

Randy and his wife, Xiomara, have lived in Tallahassee since 1995. He has five children and one grandchild.
